AFGC Vendor Registration

AFGC Group’s vendor registration service provides suppliers, subcontractors and service providers with a structured process to submit their company information for evaluation.

Successful applicants may be considered for future sourcing requirements, quotation requests, purchase orders and other opportunities across AFGC Group and its associated companies

How to Register

STEP 1: COMPLETE YOUR APPLICATION

  • Download and complete the vendor registration form.
  • Ensure that all information provided is accurate and up to date.
  • The completed form should be signed, stamped and uploaded with the required supporting documents.

 

STEP 2: SUBMIT YOUR DOCUMENTS

  • Upload all mandatory documents listed in the section below.
  • Documents must be clear, valid and legible.
    Files should be submitted in PNG, JPG or PDF format.
  • The maximum permitted file size is 5 MB per document.

 

STEP 3: APPLICATION REVIEW

  • Once your application has been submitted, the AFGC Group team will review the information and supporting documents provided.
  • Additional information or clarification may be requested during the evaluation.
  • You will be contacted once the review process has been completed and a decision has been made.

 

Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee vendor approval or the award of any business. AFGC Group reserves the right to approve, reject or request further information regarding any application at its sole discretion.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

  • Please prepare the following documents before beginning your registration:

    • Latest company profile
    • Valid company trade licence
    • Current Chamber of Commerce and Industry certificate
    • Power of Attorney or authorised signatory document, where applicable
    • UAE VAT registration certificate issued by the Federal Tax Authority
    • Passport or Emirates ID copy of the company owner or owners named on the trade licence

    Additional licences, certifications or supporting documents may be requested depending on the nature of the products or services offered.
